You are able to play MP4 and Youtube videos during your live webinar. There are two ways to load your video files for your webinars.

1. Pre-load your video file(s) before your webinar opens (highly recommended)

To pre-load videos for your webinar, navigate to the Scheduling tab on your event project dashboard, select the Sessions menu item, then select the session profile. From the session profile, select the Video tab. Locate the correct session instance from the "Manage your online sessions" list and select the "Configure" button.

Next, select the visit the Manage Webinar tab on your webinar dashboard and click the Pre-load Files and Videos section on the lefthand side of the page.

From there, you will be able to click Add Video and upload video files to share during your live webinar.

2. Load the video files during the live webinar

To load your videos during your live webinar click the Video button on your engagement panel at the bottom of your webinar room. Then, browse your computer for your MP4 file OR paste the YouTube link. Check out our video upload checklist.

Both pre-loaded files and new files can be shared from this video pop-up. Either load your video (left side of screenshot) OR click "Play" next to the video you want to share (right side of screenshot).

You can set your options to load the video and manually play or load the video and automatically play. Additionally, you can opt to loop your video by checking off Loop Video.
