Configure preferences such as date and time formats, default session duration, and the minute increments you can divide the schedule into. These settings are accessed from the Scheduling tab, and by selecting the Preferences menu item.

Date format for the scheduler

Select the format of how session dates will appear in the schedule. 

Time format for the scheduler

Select the format of how session times will appear in the schedule. 

Default session instance duration

When creating a new session, this will be the default duration of the session. The default session duration can be set for a particular session in the "Advanced" tab of that session

Minute increments

Choose the minute increments by which a session instance can be scheduled. For example, with a 15 minute increment the session duration can be 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, etc. It can be added to the calendar at 9 am, 9:15 am, 9:30 am, etc.

Primary Filter

When using the "At a Glance" function on the Advanced Session Schedule block, you may want to highlight a certain filter type.

Let's say you have set your primary filter as "Track" and you have three filter items - "Entrepreneur" (Light blue), "Marketing" (Mint), and "Sales" (Lilac). If a session has one of these filter items assigned it will appear to be the associated colour in the "At a Glance" view.

Public/Private Sessions

When “Consider private sessions to be place holders” is enabled, sessions marked as Private will not be included in the various session counts (unscheduled, matches) and the scheduled count will be broken down. This will be useful if you intend to use placeholders for sessions that have yet to be finalized. Splitting the scheduled counts allows you to view how many placeholders are left to complete.
