When a customer's subscription expires, their account becomes inactive right after the subscription expiry date. Attendease will then run several processes to off-board the account and close it.
The following will automatically occur when an account becomes inactive:
Attendease removes all admin user access to the Attendease Dashboard.
Attendease archives the organization (and all business units) so it is no longer accessible via the dashboard or via the API.
Attendease archives all events (in the organization and all business units) so they are no longer accessible via the dashboard or via the API.
Attendease obfuscates all personally identifiable information across the root organization's business units and events.
