As an Attendease customer you can purchase concierge hours—additional time with a CSM, technical lead, or designer for help with set up and configuration.
What can concierge hours be used for?
Concierge hours can be used for working sessions with your CSM, for help setting up and configuring an event or event website, or for design services.
When can concierge hours be used?
Concierge hours must be purchased in advance of when you’d like to use them. You must schedule the time in advance. Concierge hours can be scheduled during office hours between Monday and Friday.
How much do concierge hours cost?
