Occasionally registrants will be charged a small fee called an "International Transaction Fee" by their bank upon registration. This fee is applied because Attendease is a Canadian company and the registrant's bank is not in Canada.

Unfortunately, Attendease is not notified of these fees and they are charged without our knowledge. If this occurs, please contact support with proof of the transaction fee and we will happily refund the amount.
