Add a note to an attendee profile

Through each attendee profile the event team has visibility into many details about the attendee. At times there may be a need to attach a note about special conditions, issues, or other circumstances to a particular attendee.

Add a note

From the Registration tab select the Attendees menu item. Click on the name of the attendee you want to add a note to in order to access their profile. Select "Notes," enter your note, and then click the "Post" button.

Notes are permanent additions to the attendee registration and cannot be deleted.
